PorchFest Design Winner

Updated: Aug 3

The Menasha High School art students had the opportunity to design this year’s Doty Island PorchFest t-shirts. Under the direction of Erin Culligan, their art teacher, a total of fifty-seven students enrolled in drawing and painting classes, grades 9-12, participated in the contest. The winner of the contest is Lydia Bricco. Her original design included an

outline of Wisconsin—but for our event it has been redesigned to the Island. SEE IMAGE!

Bricco received a $50 Amazon Gift Card and PorchFest t-shirt. The two runners-up received $25 Amazon Gift Cards with the possibility of their art being used in future PorchFest events.

DIDC has ordered extra shirts in order to offer them to the public. We have limited quantities and sizes. Each shirt is $20 with proceeds benefitting DIDC and future Doty Island programs. Please visit our Gift Shop at https://www.dotyisland.net/shop for the two color choices: Raspberry Fleck and Gray Heather.
