Kitchen Tour - Includes Doty Island Homes!

If you haven't attended one of the annual Kitchen Tours hosted by the Neenah-Menasha Emergency Society, you are missing out on attending a fun event and supporting a great cause! This one-day event (Thursday, April 27th) allows the attendee to tour FIVE kitchens at their own pace. You have from 10am to 7pm to tour all of the locatoins! This year, most of the homes are located on Doty Island, but there is a bonus stop this year - an exhibit at the Bergstrom-Mahler Glass Museum features items once displayed in one of the homes.

The kitchen designs this year are a mix of renovated kitchens featuring styles from English Tudor Revvival, Modern Craftsman, Classic Colonial and a 1937 George Fred Keck "international sytle" home. Each kitchen offers demonstrations and tastings by local eateries such as The Howard, The Sweet Lair, Bedrock Coffee Roasters, FOME, XE54 Wine and Cocktail Lounge and Tight Barrel Distilling.

The five homes on the tour, all located on or near Doty Island in Neenah and Menasha, Wisconsin, are:

  • 360 Park Street, Doty Island, Menasha

  • 401 Beaulieu Road, Doty Island, Neenah

  • 324 Park Drive, Doty Island, Neenah

  • 1112 East Forest Avenue, Doty Island, Neenah

  • 265 North Park Avenue, Kimberly Point, Neenah

Advance Tickets can be purchased for $35 at www.nmesociety.org or you can purchase in person at the following retailers: Bedrock Coffee Roasters, Bill Paul Ltd., Brown Family Dentistry, Cedar Ridge Crafts & Gifts, Neenah Vintage Mall, Red Door Mercantile, Zuppas Café in Neenah, BlueBird Boutique and Club Liquor in Menasha, and Fox Cities Racquet Club in Appleton. Tickets may also be purchased the day of the event at any of the featured homes for $40.

“We are incredibly appreciative to the homeowners for opening their doors to us and allowing us to invite the community to another great Kitchen Tour Fundraiser.” said Anastasia Horan, Co-chair of the event. “We are beyond thankful to Nicolet National Bank for their continued support as our title sponsor and excited to be offering this fun event that continues to connect the community year after year. The Kitchen Tour is our largest fundraising event and helps to support our ongoing efforts to prevent homelessness and provide for core needs.”
