I attended the joint Menasha City Council / Menasha Park and Rec Council meeting last night. I thought I'd share the proposed route through Doty Island.

The Doty Island Development Council (now Doty Island Community Partners)
had its first meeting in 1992. Its mission since: To improve the quality of life
for all Doty Island residents and help preserve the vitality of a historic district of Neenah and Menasha, Wisconsin USA.
