Dogs of Doty Fun-Raiser!

Support the neighborhood you love and celebrate your furry friend!
With a suggested donation of $25 (or more) to Doty Island Community Partners, you can showcase your beloved pup in a Dogs of Doty custom portrait.

Each week, neighborhood artist Sarah Traas will create a portrait of at least one lucky Doty Island dog. Participants receive a high-resolution digital image and the artist’s original sketchbook page—an $85 value! All proceeds go to the DICP.

Your donation helps fund Doty Island special projects and events that keep our community vibrant...so have fun and give generously!

How Did This Unique Idea Come to Be?

Sarah, a new Doty Island resident and devoted dog lover, was inspired after walking through the neighborhood and spotting dogs in nearly every window, yard, or out on stroll.Your $25 + donation supports DICP's initiatives that help bring residents together and strengthen community bonds.

A suggested donation of $25 (or more) helps support neighborhood favorites like seasonal planters, Porch Fest,

and the Winter Gala—just a few of the neighborhood extras that help make our community such a special place to live.

Terms & Agreement:

  • You will receive a high resolution digital file and the original sketchbook page.

  • Portraits are created first come, first served. Sarah is able to complete about 1 portrait per week.

  • All portraits and biographies reflect the artist's personal interpretation.

  • You may use your portrait for unlimited personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • One dog per portrait.
